About Krav Maga

Krav Maga was developed by the Israeli military, and it's designed to be simple, easy to learn, and most of all practical. It's meant to be taught to the masses regardless of your size or level of ability, ensuring that you'll be able to effectively defend yourself.

Our Classes

Our classes are led by founder Vinny Araujo, a fourth-degree Krav Maga black belt, and Head Instructor Viviane Araujo, a second-degree Krav Maga black belt, and every Apex instructor completes our teaching certification. Classes combine self-defense technique with cardiovascular endurance training that gets you in incredible shape and teaches valuable lessons like defending yourself while fatigued.

Your First Class

Every new adult starts with a private Starter Session: 20 minutes of one-on-one instruction, then a beginner-friendly group class with an instructor beside you the whole time. You'll never be thrown into an advanced class. You don't need experience or to be in shape first, and there's no long-term commitment.
